By visiting the website, www.advanx.in (“Website”) or the AdvanX mobile and/or web application (the “App”) (collectively, the “Platform”) and availing the Services provided by us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
By mere access to the Platform or any part thereof, you signify your assent to this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information (Personal Information) to Advanx Fintech Private Limited (“we” or “our” or “us” or “AdvanX”) and includes its affiliates and partners. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms and Conditions for use of the Platform.
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the users of the Services may be customer/consumers/ buyers, or any other persons using Services or accessing our Platform (“user” or “visitor” or “you” or “your”).
If you do not agree to this Policy or any part thereof, please do not use/ access/ download or install the Platform or any part thereof.
The terms of this Policy will be effective upon your acceptance of the same, by clicking on the "I Accept" tab or by use of the Platform and will govern the relationship between You and AdvanX for your use of the Platform.
- Introduction
The contents of this Privacy Policy along with the Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions), Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Disclosure (hyperlink of each to added) available apply to all hyperlinks on the Platform (or any other platform that is made available by us (if we are providing Services through any other platform, only when needed) or other third-party sites (Service Sites) will be governed by this Privacy Policy. The “Service(s)” means any services of availing, granting, sanctioning, and lending of short-term loans including any other product being offered through the Platform by Lender to the User.
This Privacy Policy is for your knowledge, understanding, and agreement as to what information or personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, and delete your information or personal data. You hereby acknowledge having read and accepted this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with this policy, you should not register or avail of our services.
We endeavour to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating the Platform. We are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Platform. We have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. Personal Information includes any and all information received by AdvanX whether such information is received by email, online forms, mobile apps, telephone, facsimile, mail, physical copy or otherwise but does not include any information which is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force and will not qualify for our safeguard and protection measures

This Platform is not intended for use by children and minors. Parents are requested to ensure that Personal Information is not provided by minors nor the Platform is used by any minor.
- Collection of Information
The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 defines personal information as any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person. We collect information or personal data/information to provide better experience and Services to all our users. AdvanX uses this data to underwrite (i.e., assess the risk it will be taking) any loan or product that might be offered through the Platform. The data being asked from you helps us to provide services to you in a robust and user-friendly manner.
We collect the following information of Visitors:
- When browsing on the Platform, the Visitor is not required to provide any Personal Information unless and until you choose to make an Account.
- Even if you are not signed up you may provide us information like an email address to receive an update of our services.
- We collect the data you provide to us when you create or update your account on AdvanX. This includes your Personal Information, name, phone number, email address, PAN, Aadhar number, date of birth, pin code, nature of employment, official employment email address and name of employer, monthly income, marital status, and relationship with the co-applicant (in case the loan is being sought by more than a single applicant), and your other financial information. We may require you to share further information on a later date to confirm the veracity of your information or pursuant to any additional features added to AdvanX. We also collect and store content you create, and content or document you upload.
- You hereby grant us explicit consent to fetch your KYC (Know Your Customer) details from the Central KYC Records Registry using the details provided by you as the same is necessary to assess Your eligibility for the loan.
- We also collect information about the browser, apps, and devices you use.
- When you are applying for or availing Services/Loan AdvanX, we may ask you to provide access to your Gmail/Facebook/LinkedIn or any other social media accounts. When you give us access, we may collect and store your information through financial related emails, messages, communications for the intended purposes, specially to analyse and understand your creditworthiness, credit profiling, credit pattern, past defaults, reconciliation of bank statements, detection of non-disclosed running /closed loans, unpaid liabilities, criminal and legal cases intimations, and other User's credit-related and financial information and further to verify banking transactions, loan details, & financial transactions, utility bills etc. Such access to information shall be in ‘read only' mode.
- When you access your account through the App, we may collect information from your messages or call logs, to analyse and understand your creditworthiness, credit profiling, credit pattern, past defaults, reconciliation of bank statements, detection of non-disclosed running /closed loans, unpaid liabilities, criminal and legal cases intimations, and other User's credit-related and financial information and further to verify banking transactions, loan details, equated monthly instalments & financial transactions, utility bills etc, and further to assess social status of the applicant and to ensure ownership of the contact number. Such access to information shall be in ‘read only' mode. All this data from your phone through our Platform is uploaded on our servers https: _____ (website addresss )This data uploaded on server is deleted if your loan is rejected or if loan is fully repaid.
- Depending on the nature of your inquiry or activities on the Platform we may collect information about your interests, liking of styles themes, mood boards, budgets, etc., and professional information through white papers and newsletters you request.
- When you use our services, we can also collect information about your location through global positioning system (GPS). The types of location data we collect depend in part on your device and accounts settings.
- For the purpose of services, to analyse and understand your creditworthiness, credit profiling, credit pattern, past defaults, reconciliation of bank statements, detection of non-disclosed running /closed loans, unpaid liabilities, criminal and legal cases intimations, and other User's credit-related and financial information and further to verify banking transactions, loan details, equated monthly instalments & financial transactions, utility bills etc., in some circumstances, we may collected your information from publicly accessible sources from example external available links, newspapers, various search engine. We may also collect your information from our trusted partners for the purpose of our services and in the interest of our investors.
- Your information may be collected through cookies as provided here in below.
- To improve the responsiveness of the Platform for our Users, we may use "cookies", or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user's individual interests using the identified computer. Our partners may also assign their own cookies to your browser, a process that we do not control.
- Notwithstanding whether your telephone/mobile is registered with National Do Not Call Registry and or notwithstanding the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India [TRAI] restrictions/guidelines on unsolicited telecalls, by your accessing the Platform fully or in an incomplete manner or by enquiring/verifying any of the products/ Services offered by AdvanX and or your making a request to call back, it is deemed that you have expressly authorized AdvanX to call back or send you text messages or chatbots for solicitation and procurement of various products and services of AdvanX. In this regard you shall not have any complaint nor complain to TRAI as to any alleged unsolicited calls by us to you.
- Information collected through Platform/App.
- Camera related permissions
Permission to access the camera is required so that requisite KYC documents can be easily scanned or captured and thus saving time by allowing us to auto-fill relevant data or so that an audio/video call can be initiated for the purpose of KYC completion. This will ensure that you are provided with a seamless experience while using the App.
- Storage related permissions
Storage permission is required so that your KYC and other relevant documents can be securely downloaded and saved to your phone. These KYC documents can then be easily uploaded for faster completion of your loan application and disbursal. This will help us to ensure that you undergo a seamless experience on the Platform.
- Location related permissions
Background location related permissions are required to assess serviceability of your loan application. We will pull your location in the background even when the app is not in use unless your loan application has been rejected. This will be used in verifying the current address and expedite completion of your KYC process. It will also help in strengthening security against any unauthorized access to your account. This permission will also be used for providing better customer service and providing customized offers.
- Phone and device related permissions
Phone related permission is required for specific information that is collected and
monitored by the App regarding your device including your random-access memory, storage, unique
device identifiers like IMEI and mobile network information so as to uniquely identify the
devices and to ensure that no unauthorized device acts on your behalf which will help us in
preventing frauds and in similar information is collected from any device including laptop,
desktop through which User use the Platform. This will also help us in enriching your credit
profile and assessing your credit worthiness.
- Financial messaging related permissions
Financial messaging related permission is required to collect data only regarding financial messages. We do not read, collect or store any data regarding your personal messages/communication. Our app only reads, collect and/or stores data of your financial transaction messages relating to bank transactions (like OTP, bank account balance etc.), transacting parties' names, a description of the transaction and the amount of the transaction for assessing credit risk and for speedy disbursal.
- Installed Application related permissions
The installed application related permission is required as we collect each installed applications' metadata information which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name and version code of each installed application on your device to assess your creditworthiness and provide you with pre-approved customized loan offers.
- User Personal Information related permissions
The Personal Information related permission is required to collect user account data which includes email address and user public profile information like name, photo, depending on the social media or networking platform used by you (such as Google, Facebook etc.) to log-in to the Platform. This information is required as a part of the registration process and to access our service and is also used to auto-populate relevant fields in the course of our App interface. Our Platform also collects mobile numbers for verification to check the active SIM status of the device, uniquely identify you and to prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
- Phone Contact related permissions
Phone contact related permission is required to verify that the references given by the
user while applying for loan or submitting the Credit Facility Application are known references
and are saved in the contact list of the User. This information will help us in assessing the
credit risk and offering speedy disbursal.
- Microphone permissions
We require microphone permissions to enable a two-way communication between our authorised agent and you for the purpose of performing and completing your Video KYC. Your audio shall be recorded for regulatory purpose.
Similar information is collected from any device which includes laptop, desktop etc., which is being used by the User to access or avail the Services of AdvanX.
- Use and Disclosure of Personal & Financial Information
All the information from your phone through our App/Platform is uploaded on our servers _____________ or our website hosting servers www.advanx.in. We use your information or personal data for intended purposes:
- To enabling the use of AdvanX and to provide its Services which includes processing of loan, KYC authentication, improving the interface between the users and us, and to ensure legal compliance.
- Validating and authenticating the official verification documents provided by You.
- Validating your preferred bank account, as well as transferring the loan amounts to You.
- E-signing of the loan agreement or sanction letter, undertakings, populating the loan agreement or the sanction letter.
- To set up electronic national automated clearing house (e-NACH) & e-mandate which enable autopay.
- Financial and KYC Information: We collect the data you provide to us when you accept the tentative terms of the loans. This includes your photograph, Aadhaar Number, PAN, parents’ names, bank account number, Indian financial system code (IFSC), proof of address (which can be your electricity bill, rental/lease agreement, gas bill, passport or driver’s license, or any other document our Platform may be able to record).
- To provide our Services and Service-related purpose such as responding to your queries, and carrying out the transactions you have requested for; enabling you to use the Platform; providing you information about services available through Platform; resolving glitches on the Platform including addressing any technical problem;
- You may be required to provide information to us to enable to process your loan application. Such additional information may include (without limitation) salary and income statements and title documents of the property, details of properties whether movable or immovable (if required) for the property being financed, bank statements, goods and services tax returns. This data shall be supplied to the Lending Partner through us. You may also be required to provide this information to us and the Lending Partner via physical documents, e-mail or other digital and offline methods.
- Maintain and improve our services such as navigating the Platform, connecting to the potential lenders and carrying out a transaction on the Platform.
- Use Data to analyse, measure and to understand the User's creditworthiness, credit profiling, credit pattern, credit score, past defaults, and other User's credit-related and financial information.
- When you access the AdvanX you consent and provide us access to the address book on your mobile device, then we access and store the names and contact information from your address book to facilitate invitations, assess your phone usage and habits, and to facilitate recovery of delayed equated monthly instalments payments. You will not be able to use the AdvanX Platform if you disable this access. As part of the loan journey, we collect all of your phonebook contacts which includes their contact names, phone numbers, email ids, account types, favorites (starred) and contact labels to enrich your financial profile. We use this data to determine your social network from your phonebook contacts and identify fraudulent contacts in your network and for enabling recovery of delayed equated monthly instalments payments. This helps us in detecting fraud loan applications and reducing credit risk. Enabling payments and fund transfers with other financial institution.
- To enable you to access AdvanX and open account, avail Services provided by us which includes creating of account, updating the existing account, assessing Your eligibility for the loans, analysing terms of loan to be provided to you, interest rates, to calculate the rate of equated monthly instalments for the loans, track and disburse loan amounts or any other product offered by AdvanX.
- To enable us to allow You to add or delete any of the bank account for the purpose of loan repayment/disbursement, verifying your credit history from government databases, credit rating agencies (like CIBIL etc.).
- To communicate or interact with you (e-mail id, phone numbers.).
- Improve the safety and reliability of our services.
- Reconcile Bank statement.
- To prevent fraud and misuse.
- To protect our interest, the interest of our Investors/Lenders and other users,
- Detection of the non-disclosed required information, running or closed loans,
- Detection of unpaid liabilities and legal cases.
- Enforcing our rights.
- For Internal business purpose, such as Data analysis, research, developing new features, enhancing and improving the experience, identifying usage trends, etc.
- When you register with this Platform, you agree that we or any of our affiliate/ group companies/subsidiaries may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/ information of such products/ services.
- New Services and Offers: AdvanX may use your information to intimate you for any new products, services, offers and/or promotions being offered by AdvanX or any of its affiliate(s), Financial Partners/Lenders etc.
- Availing Services
The User always has the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature. The Personal Information of each Account is protected by a password. The User and AdvanX shall take all measures to prevent any unauthorized access to the Account and the Personal Information. AdvanX endeavours to safeguard user information to ensure that Personal Information of each Account is kept private; however, AdvanX cannot guarantee the security of User Account information.
- Information and Security
To use all the services on the Platform, the Visitor will need to register using the online registration form and create an account (User Account). Personal Information about AdvanX's users is an integral part of AdvanX business.
- Review, Update, and Deletion
When you are signed in, you can always review, and update information. You can also review and control information saved in your account. You can also always export a copy of the content in your Account if you want to back it up. If you don't want to use our services, you have always option to delete your account with us.
- Cookies and other Tracking Technologies
- AdvanX may also collect information regarding the domain and host from which the Visitor accesses the internet, the internet protocol address of the computer or internet service provider, browsing the history, and anonymous website statistical data to analyze this data for trends and statistics. The Platform uses cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered which are text files collected by a user's web browser ("Cookies"). We also contract with several online partners to help manage, monitor and optimize our Platform and AdvanX and to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, communications and how visitors use the Platform. - Platform utilizes cookies and other tracking technology including proprietary and third-party tracking services; Aggregate Cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties. By accepting this Privacy Policy, the Visitor confirms your consent for AdvanX usage of Cookies and other such technologies. If a Visitor does not wish to accept Cookies from the Platform, the Visitor can configure their web browser so that it does not accept Cookies; however, by doing so certain features of the Platform may be inaccessible to the Visitor.
- Along with receiving information from third parties, AdvanX may also collect Personal Information on the Platform by information filled in forms or by a Visitor's correspondences with AdvanX, by way of e-mail or chat, registering to use the Platform, subscribing to any of the financial services or products offered on the Platform. While using the services available on the Platform, AdvanX may also store information based on the usage history, this includes, but is not limited to, details of the Visitor's subscription, content viewed, event information, clickstream information, and Cookies that may uniquely identify the browser or the Account. We may also collect information about the Visitor from any contact that a Visitor may have with any of our services or employees, such as, with AdvanX customer support team, in surveys, or through interactions with AdvanX's affiliates.
- AdvanX develops statistics that are helpful to understand how Visitors can use the Platform. AdvanX uses this information in the aggregate to measure the use of the Platform and to administer and improve the same. This statistical data is interpreted by AdvanX in its continuing effort to present on the Platform, content that Visitors are seeking in a format they find most helpful. The information AdvanX collects and analyzes is completely anonymous and is used to improve the services offered on the Platform.
- Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, lease your Personal Information to anybody and will never do so. Keeping this in mind, we may disclose your Personal Information in the following cases:
- AdvanX will share the Personal Information internally with employees who are required in the course (and solely for the purpose of) to receive and analyze the information. We will not disclose the Personal Information to any third party without the Visitor's explicit consent unless required to do so by law.
- If AdvanX is sold to a third party, or AdvanX otherwise becomes subject to a merger, consolidation or acquisition, AdvanX will transfer the Personal Information to a third party; however, AdvanX will ensure that the same degree of care is taken by such third party.
- We may share the information while negotiating or in relation to a change of corporate control such as a restructuring, merger or sale of our assets, we may have to disclose our databases and information we have stored in the course of our operations. Should such a transaction occur that other business entity (or the new combined entity) will be required to follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your Personal Information.
- You authorise AdvanX to exchange, share, part with all information related to the details and transaction history of the customers/users to its Lenders/banks/financial institutions/credit bureaus/agencies/regulators participation in any telecommunication or electronic clearing network as may be required by law, customary practice, credit reporting, statistical analysis and credit scoring, verification or risk management and shall not hold AdvanX liable for use or disclosure of this information.
- Where permitted by law, we may share your Personal Information with event sponsors, joint marketers with whom we have a marketing arrangement, we would require all such joint marketers to have written contracts with us that specify the appropriate use of your Personal Information, require them to safeguard your Personal Information, and prohibit them from making unauthorized or unlawful use of your Personal Information.
- AdvanX may also use the Personal Information to deliver information to the Visitor, in some
cases, targeted towards new services, rewards, and promotions. The following are some
circumstances under which and people with whom AdvanX will share the Personal information
from time-to-time:
- i) With third parties for verification purposes, credit rating agencies, credit reference companies and with government agencies, including but not limited to the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") for the cause of inspection or any other legal diligence which may be conducted by it;
- ii) To update AdvanX’s consumer credit database;
- iii) To the investor/lenders on need-to-know basis;
- iv) With trusted partners who work on behalf of or with us under confidentiality agreements; these entities may use the Personal Information to help AdvanX communicate with the Visitor about offers from AdvanX and its marketing partners;
- v) business partners who provide services, who sponsor an event, or who jointly offer a service or feature
- vi) For the purpose of financial payments, to escrow bank/payment gateway service provider, for the purpose of facilitating the loan transactions.
- vii) With companies and/or individuals to perform functions on behalf of AdvanX (e.g., processing credit card payments, providing user service, data hosting services), and in such circumstances, these companies or individuals will be provided access to only such Personal Information required to fulfil their functions;
- viii) To respond to summons, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
- ix) To share Personal Information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms, or to respond to civil or criminal subpoenas, or other requests by law enforcement personnel or as otherwise required by law;
- x) From time to time, to reveal general statistical information about the Platform and Visitors, such as number of visitors, number and type of services purchased, etc;
- xi) We may share your Personal Information with the service providers, including partners, who are working with us in connection with the operation of the Services or the Platform, so long as such service providers are subject to confidentiality restrictions consistent with this Privacy Policy.
- xii) With the government agencies so mandated under the law to obtain information including sensitive personal data or information for verification of identity, or prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offenses.

- AdvanX takes all steps reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Personal Information. We will make all endeavors to use industry standards, physical, technical, and administrative security measures to keep your personal information with third parties secure. Any Personal Information that AdvanX collects and stores is protected using appropriate means. Although AdvanX is committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to your Personal Information, AdvanX shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized access by third parties.
- We store data in password-protected servers with limited access to the employees and other personnel consultants on a need-to-know basis. We implement reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to help us protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure.
- To make every effort to ensure that the Visitor's experience at the Platform is secure, AdvanX uses encryption technology to protect the Visitor against the loss, misuse or alteration of the Personal Information. To keep the Personal Information safe, AdvanX ensures that sensitive and private data exchanges between the Visitor and the Platform takes place over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)-secured communication channel, and are encrypted and protected with digital signatures. SSL-secured communication channels are specially designed to protect personal and sensitive information (payment details), which is sent over the internet. We have SSL certificate from World Certificate Authority and secured under 2048-bit SSL Certificate, with 99.9 % Browser recognition.
- Your payment information such as your credit card/debit card number, credit card/debit card expiry date, card verification value (CVV) number, etc. are protected through the use of encryption technology.
- Access to your Account on the Platform is password protected, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. To ensure the safety of your personal information, you are advised against sharing your username and password with anyone.
- AdvanX stores and processes all data relating to its activities and participants on hardware located within India.
- Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions or inactions of any third party that receive your personal information.
- The Visitor agrees that AdvanX or its third-party service providers can collect the Visitor's IP address or other unique ientifiers. At times, AdvanX also uses these identifiers to collect information regarding the frequency with which the Visitor visits various parts of the Platform. AdvanX, either itself or through affiliates or group companies may combine the Visitor's internet protocol address with other personal information for our own marketing and for market research purposes, including internal demographic studies, to optimize our products and services and customize the mean the services of availing, granting, sanctioning, lending of short-term loans, through the Platform by Lender(s) to the User(s).
- The User acknowledges that all discussion for ratings, chat rooms and/or other message or communication facilities (collectively "Communities") are public and not private communications, and that, therefore, others may read the user's communications without the Visitor's knowledge. AdvanX does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any community, and, therefore, AdvanX specifically disclaims any liability concerning the Communities and any actions resulting from the user's participation in any community, including any objectionable content. If particular web pages permit the submission of communications that will be treated by AdvanX as confidential, that fact will be stated on those pages. By posting comments, messages or other information on the Platform, the Visitor grants AdvanX the right to use such comments, messages or information for promotions, advertising, market research or any other lawful purpose.
- Feedback Data and Other Data: This includes all your calls to our call centres, communications with representatives of AdvanX, we may record information provided by you to service you or record the calls for quality and training purposes. Data you input when you participate in our Promotional Offers, referral programs or use any discount codes offered by us. If you provide any feedback or comments to us on the AdvanX.
- AdvanX keeps the Personal Information for only as long as required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If the Visitor wishes to prevent any such usage by AdvanX, the Visitor shall inform AdvanX immediately. The Visitor can exercise this right at any time by contacting us at [support@advanx.in].
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, AdvanX /we shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of AdvanX and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, civil disturbances, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, and any other similar events not within the control of AdvanX and which AdvanX is not able to overcome.
- You acknowledge that the internet is inherently insecure, and AdvanX cannot prevent and is not responsible for interception or hacking of information transmitted through this site by unauthorized third parties.
- We will protect your personal information against unauthorized use, dissemination or publication in the same way we would protect our confidential information of similar nature. AdvanX provides all Users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications.
